What hours are you available?

Our office is opened from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. EST.

Do you have a html portfolio that I can see?

Yes, we have a large xhtml/css code portolio. Please contact us and we'll provide you a representative set of xhtml markup samples.

Do you have MSN messenger or Skype account?

You can reach us via MSN messenger (PSDXHTML) or Skype (PSDXHTML.COM).

Can I expect the same level of quality that I saw on your xhtml portfolio?

We specialize in this type of projects so we focus on precision and quality. You can expect the highest markup quality on each layout we xhtml. A light-weight table-less layout, SEO semantics and cross-browser (IE6, IE7,IE8, IE9, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome) compatibility are all included by default!

What is the usual turnaround time is?

Delivery time is up to 18 working hours (approx. 1-2 business days) or faster depending on the complexity of your design.

Where can I send you the design file for the html conversion?

Feel free to upload your design. We are ready to start conversion immediately as soon as we review your attachment.

Not sure if I pay now or later. Do I pay now?

We prefer onward payment only for the first time customers. After the payment is received, we can start the job. Returning customers are invoiced at the end of each project. Advance payment is always required for larger (more than one psd) or expedited orders.

What are the methods I can use to pay you?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB credit cards online via 2checkout merchant account.

2Checkout now supports PayPal Express Checkout. Many customers will have the option to pay for their purchases with PayPal as well. This will allow customers to pay for products and services with the funds in their PayPal account, even if the supplier does not have their own PayPal account and only uses 2Checkout.

Do you also do some design work? I mean, do you do some little changes on PSD's as well?

Yes, we can do minor changes that you need on PSD.

Do you provide Java scripting services?

We specialize in converting design templates into xHTML/CSS markup. Js can be provided upon request.

How many layouts can you generally handle (i.e. one per day, two per day, etc.)?

It depends on complexity and requirements.

I have 5-6 different roll-over states for links on the page. Are these included in the fee?

All (CSS only) rollovers you need are included for the same price.

Is the code easy enough for me to update the content when necessary?

Our hand-coded xhtml/css layout is easy updated with any content. It's even easy to redesign because of css layout techniques.

Can you deliver an xhtml file that is ready to plug into drupal or joomla?

Our hand-made xhtml markup is compatible with any CMS.

Our designer lost the original PSD file. Can you work with the JPEG version?

We can slice any straightforward design image (JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, AI, EPS, CDR, INDD, BMP, PDF, UFO etc.) to xHTML.

Can you also start from an Adobe Indesign file?

Yes, we can work with whatever image file format you have.

Is your hand-coded xhtml compatible with MacOS browsers?

Yes, we test our xhtml markup on machines running on MacOS to ensure full compatibility with Safari – all at the same price!

Do you have a money-back guarantee or refund policy?

Certainly! We guarantee to issue you a full refund should you request for a cancellation of your order before the slicing and conversion has begun or if you are not satisfied with the result.
